The British Pest Control Association sets industry guidelines and recommendations for pest control businesses to follow and on most occasions our bigger customers insist in our membership of such an association as they regularly audit our company and assess our suitability as members. The audit covers all aspects of the business such as health and safety policies, risk assessments and method statements, product and pest knowledge of our staff, both office based and Technicians, and storage procedures. On 24th June we were visited by a BPCA representative who conducted a thorough assessment of our operation and as a result of this has confirmed our membership of the BPCA having passed the audit with flying colours.
With this being a very stringent audit we are very proud to have passed it without any remarks or follow-up action necessary, it reflects well on every single member of staff.
